  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture, enabling you to provide technical guidance and support to the team.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project challenges and risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on AWS projects.

  • AWS Expertise: Deep understanding of core AWS services and architecture best practices.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve project challenges.
